The above images come from different rear air suspension upgrades on various van types and models. as carried out in our Essex Workshops where we offer a range of Motorhome & Caravan Services, Repairs and Upgrades.
Customers can choose from a range of installation options such as single or twin air inflation valves, dashboard rocker switches, air pressure gauges and more.

To date, MACSUK, have installed rear air suspension to many types of base chassis, including Fiat, Peugeot, Ford, Mercedes and VW.
​
The fully integrated wiring harness installed with the MARTECH 5t air bags allows for an uplift of up to 200cm (8 inches) on the rear of a van with a recommended travelling pressure of between 1.5 - 2.5 bar. High quality mounts and air bags deliver a smoother ride when fitted, reducing overtake sway from larger vehicles, minimising 'lean' when cornering, absorbing bumps in the road and preventing the vehicle from 'bottoming out' on the bump stops when loaded.

Please note that the MARTECH rear air suspension system can only be fitted to vehicles with leaf spring suspension.
Alternative installation options are available for vehicles based upon the ALKO chassis.
